Shipping:

Pineapple Yarn offers flat rate shipping on all items, regardless of quantity. Please refer to your shopping cart for shipping costs. Shipping overages are refunded when possible.

Duties and Taxes:

Pineapple Yarn is based in South Carolina, USA. We collect sales tax to shipments within South Carolina. However, all other duties/customs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 
Refunds:

Refunds and exchanges are accepted for in-stock items within 30 days of ordering. Items must be in like new condition. Before shipping your item(s) back, please contact us at pineappleyarn@gmail.com for authorization. Shipping is not refundable and shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Candle care:

During the first burn, it is important to allow your candle to burn long enough to allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges. This prevents the candle from tunnelling. During subsequent burns, it is also recommended to allow the candle to burn long enough to melt from edge to edge of the container.

Between burns, trim the wick between 1/4" to 1/2". This will create a safer, cleaner burn.

Discontinue burning when there is 1/2" wax left on the bottom of the container. The container is reusable!

Store candle at room temperature, away from direct light. Avoid extreme hot or cold, and bring back to room temperature before burning.
